After a season spent immersed in the culinary traditions of the Italian countryside, Chef Dre Neeley (Gravy) returns to Vashon for a one-night-only event at Iola Gardens.

This five-course dinner is a celebration of two worlds. Using the refined techniques of the Tuscan hills and the fresh, seasonal bounty of our own island soil, Chef Dre has crafted a menu that is both an exploration and a homecoming.
