Reception: Stuzzichini
Dungeness Crab Cannoli – Crisp parmesan shell, whipped ricotta, lemon zest, chive blossom.
Porcini Arancini – Black truffle, fontina fonduta.
Prosciutto di Parma – Compressed pear, aged balsamic, toasted hazelnut.
I. Carciofi e Burrata Charred baby artichokes, creamy burrata, Meyer lemon, pistachio, early harvest olive oil.
II. Tortelli di Primavera Hand-formed tortelli filled with English peas and ricotta, parmigiano crema, shaved asparagus, lemon zest.
III. Branzino al Forno Crisp-skinned Mediterranean sea bass, fennel confit, saffron broth, citrus gremolata.
IV. Tagliata di Manzo Sliced dry-aged beef tenderloin, white truffle potato pavé, Barolo reduction.
V. Torta di Pistacchio Sicilian pistachio cake, mascarpone crema, Amarena cherry.
