Forget the traditional…April Eve is a new holiday ritual at Iola Gardens. A Saturday night dedicated to the transition of the seasons, the warmth of the Barn, and the fresh air of our new covered patio.

This evening is a curated exploration of atmosphere and craft, featuring Liz Ophoven. A true weaver of stories and spirits, Liz brings a magical touch to the cellar and the kitchen alike. Known for her deep, almost intuitive knowledge of terroir and her instinct for the perfect pour, she has designed a wine list specifically for the shifting light of April.

A curated menu of made-to-order tapas including Baked Brie, Shellfish, and Deviled Eggs, will be available for purchase throughout the night.
