Join us for the inaugural April Eve, a Spring Awakening at Iola Gardens. This is our invitation to move away from the expected and lean into a new kind of holiday ritual - one defined by the transition of the light, the warmth of the Barn, and the fresh air of our new covered patio.
We have invited the magical Liz Ophoven to curate the evening’s journey. Known for her intuitive connection to terroir, Liz has hand-selected a "Spring Awakening" wine list…a collection of small-production gems that bridge the gap between winter’s depth and spring’s vibrancy.
Your ticket secures your reservation and includes your first curated pour of the evening. Choose from our featured spring wines or experience the Parisian Hot Chocolate Ritual: a ceremony of thick, melted chocolate served with unsweetened Chantilly and a sparkling water palate cleanser.
Our kitchen will be open throughout the night, serving an elevated menu of small plates designed for lingering:
Campfire-Style Baked Brie: Melted over the fire with honey, peaches, and almonds, served with charred baguette.
Liz’s Spring Provisions: Steamed mussels in garlic and herbs, tinned fish, and warm baguettes with salted French butter.
The Signature: A generous offering of our "elevated" Iola Deviled Eggs.
