  • Membership Breakdown

Your membership secures a distraction-free workspace in nature, daily specialty coffee streams, and restorative wood-fired wellness. Depending on whether you choose the Cultivator or Perennial tier, you unlock targeted access days to the Barn and grounds, automated self-service Pollard coffee, allocated or unlimited sauna sessions, and priority booking for our ticketed culinary and Member events.

  • Absolutely. You can seamlessly tend to your account, upgrade to a deeper tier, or adjust your billing details at any time by logging directly into the Iola Member Portal.

  • Yes, memberships are billed on a recurring monthly cycle, and you can cancel via your member portal at any point before your next billing date. Because memberships are strictly limited to preserve a quiet environment, canceling your spot will return it back to the Seedling waitlist pool.

  • Our gates officially open for the seasonal rhythm June 2026.

    • The Seedling: Access is limited strictly to open community days, seasonal markets, and specific cultural ticketed events.

    • The Cultivator: Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

    • The Perennial: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

    • Note: Fridays and Saturdays are strictly reserved for private member sponsored events(Note: some will be open to all members), venue maintenance, and grounds updates.

  • To protect the integrity of our workspace and wellness ecosystems. We cap our paid resident tiers to prevent overcrowding, protect our deep-focus environment, and ensure that Traditional Finnish Hot Stone Sauna spots remain open and available on the calendar when you need a mental reset.

  • In alignment with our "Invisible Service" standard, our workspace features fully automated, premium self-service coffee stations running all day. Grab a fresh cup and head straight to your desk without waiting in lines. For extra refreshments or grab-and-go items, simply use our frictionless "Scan & Pay" system.

  • You can reserve your specific heating time effortlessly using the calendar tool inside the Iola Member Portal. To ensure a comfortable, grounded, and welcoming environment for everyone in our community, our wellness area operates under a strict clothing-required policy at all times across the heating room, changing space, and cooling decks.

  • Perennial members hold preferred guest privileges and can book a Garden Introduction day pass ($10) via the portal to bring a collaborator or friend onto the grounds for a workday. To preserve our private club status and comply with local standards, the Traditional Finnish Hot Stone Sauna remains strictly member-only—guest passes apply only to standard workspace and grounds access.

  • Yes, we love our furry community members. Well-behaved dogs on leashes are permitted to explore the outdoor garden areas with you.If you are asked by another member or staff to remove a disruptive animal please do so peacefully and respectfully. We all deserve to enjoy the space.

As an FYI the KIRO station across the way has allowed animals off leash for a long time, should you need to run your dog.

  • No. To protect focus, interior property hygiene, and member comfort, animals are strictly prohibited inside the Barn interior and the entire fenced Traditional Finnish Hot Stone Sauna footprint. (Legitimate, fully harnessed service animals are, of course, exempt from interior restrictions).

  • We ask that your companion helps us maintain a peaceful environment. Dogs must be quiet, non-disruptive to other working members, and completely picked up after (please pack out all waste). If a pet is unable to settle into the quiet rhythm of the grounds, we will kindly ask that they rest at home for future visits.

  • To protect our serene daily workspace rhythm and keep operations beautifully simple, all major culinary and social activities are hosted as standalone, ticketed pop-ups for members. We separate these into The Long Table (our food-forward culinary events like cozy barn Bistro Nights or multi-course tasting menus) and The Garden Stage (community events like vendor markets, live music, or workshops where food is kept casual via independent local food carts). Paid members always receive first-priority notice to grab tickets before they open to the Seedling members.
